ExploreOutdoor does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. ExploreOutdoor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of product defects. ExploreOutdoor does not cover miscellaneous expenses including, but not limited to labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees.

Easy Returns

In addition to the non-profit organizations we support – ExploreOutdoor is hyper-focused on our customers.  If needed, we offer a New/Unopened Return Policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with what you have purchased from ExploreOutdoor, return it within 30 days of purchase and take advantage of our No-Hassle Money Back Guarantee. We’ll refund you the product price on any returned item(s). You’ll never regret your purchase with ExploreOutdoor. We’ve got you covered. (If the reason for the return is not a result of a ExploreOutdoor error, a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping costs (if any) incurred by ExploreOutdoor may be deducted from your refund.) 


Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, and you will need to begin our RMA process by emailing info@exploreoutdoorus.com to have the item returned.


$20 service fee and any additional shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. If you would like to return an item, it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.


If you received the wrong product, contact our Customer Service department by calling (619) 356-0037 or emailing photos of the incorrect part to info@exploreoutdoorus.com, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Time. We will resolve the issue as fast as possible. You, or your mechanic, are responsible for making sure the part is the correct part for your vehicle before installation; we do not refund 3rd party charges, i.e., installation costs, prep costs, painting cost or any other cost associated with installation.


If your package was delivered to you damaged or missing parts, please call the carrier who delivered your package immediately to document the concern. Then, take pictures of the damaged parts and email them to our Customer Service Department at info@exploreoutdoorus.com. Please include your order number and the name the order was placed under. Our customer service department will then contact you as soon as possible. Do not install/attempt to install anything you receive damaged. Once installation is attempted all warranty and claims are null and voided to replace the damaged part.


Missing packages must be reported to ExploreOutdoor within 24 hours following notice of delivery. To account for late deliveries by the carrier, or errors in delivery, we require a 3 business day waiting period before filing a missing package claim. If package shows delivered, ExploreOutdoor may request a police report be filed. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your account has a current address and other correct contact information to ensure proper delivery or exchanges of products.



-Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by ExploreOutdoor are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the RMA form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages.

-An RMA number can be obtained from ExploreOutdoor by sending an email to info@exploreoutdoorus.com with your name, order number, and part number of the item(s) you’re returning.

-A refund will only be made if your request for an RMA is obtained within thirty (30) days of receiving the item(s). Any return after thirty days will not be authorized.

-Returns must be made within 30 days of the original order completion date, NO EXCEPTIONS.

-No returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products. All returns must be in original packaging with all hardware, accessories, and original tags.

– If the reason for the return is not a result of a ExploreOutdoor error, a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping costs (if any) incurred by ExploreOutdoor may be deducted from your refund.

-Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund.

-RMA’s issued within 30 (30) days of receiving the item will have a refund processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment.

-Once your return shipment has been received and approved your return will be processed.

-The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 1-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing practices.

-ExploreOutdoor does not refund shipping charges for returned items, and orders which qualified for our Free Shipping Promotion will not receive a refund for the original shipping charges.
