“It depends..” is the answer to this. We strive to process and ship orders as fast as possible, often within 1-2 days.  However, in some cases our suppliers may cause the delay shipment of an order for a variety of reasons. We will always keep you updated on the status of your order. Once shipped you will receive the tracking number, followed by shipment progress emails. 

Although we strive to maintain competitive prices, we must also balance our purpose and mission here at ExploreOutdoor: Giving Back.  Please keep in-mind that a portion of our sales proceeds is donated to non-profit organizations supporting kids fighting cancer, and research toward curing rare pediatric cancers.  You might pay a few more dollars here, but its going to a GOOD cause. ExploreOutdoor was originally located in northwest Oregon in an awesome little town called Hood River. As of April 2021 – we’ve since moved operations to beautiful San Diego, California!
